But we got a call at the station about 9 a.m. Tuesday saying Williams was leaving Florida and coming to turn himself in.” Sponsored Content Book Nook to reopen Email the authorcenter_img Skip Davenport said Williams came to the Brundidge Police Station later Tuesday morning with his parents and turned himself in to local police,“Williams was arrested on a warrant for attempted murder and transported to the Pike County Jail. His bail was set at $75,000 and he made bail later in the afternoon,” Davenport said.Jeremy Jermol Elijah Rumph, 24, and Vanquavious Ventrell Flournoy, 21,both of Brundidge were arrested by Brundidge Police and placed in the Pike County Jail on Sept. 1. Rumph and Flournoy were charged with attempted murder and held on $75,000 bonds. Both posted bail and were released, Rumph on Thursday and Flournoy on Friday. Davenport said the investigation into the shooting death of Pryzim Ransom is ongoing.“By no means are we through with this investigation,” he said. “We are hearing that others were involved so, the investigation will continue. The $12,000 reward for information that leads to an arrest and conviction is still out there.”Davenport said anyone with information about the case is encouraged to call the BPD at 334-735-3333.
