Meantime, the Herald also quotes Chris Seasons of Devon Canada, as crediting the Campbell government, with crafting one of the most industry-friendly jurisdictions in the country. The program changes announced this week by Energy Minister Blair Lekstrom, specifically target deep horizontal wells, of more than 25 hundred meters…and, deep vertical wells of more than 23 hundred meters. Man United and Chelsea: 17 goals scored in the last five minutes since August 2012 – The last time United were crowned champions they scored 10 goals in the last five minutes of the 2012/13 season – more than anyone else that campaign. Chelsea scored seven that year, but put nine away last season, with one late goal so far this time round courtesy of Diego Costa against Everton. United have scored twice late on this term. Man City: the late goal kings, with 25 scored in the last five minutes since August 2012 – Sergio Aguero and Frank Lampard have popped up late to score for the champions this season and in their title-winning campaign last year the club scored 14 times in the last five minutes of matches. They scored eight in the 2012/13 season and might need a few more this term if they are to catch Chelsea at the top of the Premier League. 2. Arsenal: 20 goals scored in the last five minutes since August 2012 – The Gunners already have four late goals this season, while in the previous two Premier League campaigns they have scored eight goals in the last five minutes. Danny Welbeck denied Hull a victory at the Emirates in October, while Aaron Ramsey and Olivier Giroud have both bailed the club out since the season began in games against Crystal Palace and Everton. 6. West Brom: 15 goals scored in the last five minutes since August 2012 – click the arrow above, right, to see which teams have scored the most late goals in recent seasons – Saido Berahino rescued a point for the Baggies against Crystal Palace in their most recent Premier League outing. The England U21 striker tucked away a penalty in the final minute of the 2-2 draw and last season they scored eight times in the last five minutes, in addition to notching five late goals in the 2012/13 season. 3. Newcastle: 18 goals scored in the last five minutes since August 2012 – Only Man City scored more goals in the last five minutes than Newcastle’s 10 last season. They have two so far this season and got six in the 2012/13 campaign.
